Most learner drivers fail their driving test because they are not told how to pass and do not know what the driving examiner is looking for. When you are learning to drive you need more than just knowing how to drive and you need to know what safe driving is.
Now you will probably think "showing the examiner you are safe is good enough to pass." But that is not strictly true, to demonstrate you are safe you also need to be in control of the car at all times and you need to demonstrate you are aware of your surroundings.
I want to give you an example. There you are on the test and reversing but your back tyre goes up the kerb. Ouch! Most pupils think they are going to fail, but if you were in control, aware of your surroundings and no one was in danger and you didn' t hit anything,it doesn 't mean you have failed.
What you need to do is acknowledge the fault and correct it!
Understanding how to impress the examiner is going to help you pass first time and I will teach you this technique on your driving lessons with me.
